CLIMBS

I've never been one to shy away from the steepest climbs — whether it was hauling rocks up a mountain at a Spartan Beast, running a 50-mile ultramarathon with 7,000 feet of elevation gain, or staring up at the leaderboard in Q4 knowing I'd have to dig deep to finish on top.

Early in my sales career, I thought the key was knowing the product inside and out. Master every feature. Nail every objection. But I was wrong.

My biggest breakthroughs didn't come from the perfect pitch — they came when I learned to connect, lead the conversation, and win — through discipline, tenacity, and belief.

I didn't start at the top. I began as a BDR grinding out cold calls — then as a rep, fighting for every deal and learning through failure. I climbed — from individual contributor to manager, manager to director, and eventually SVP at one of the top-performing Sandler Training franchises on the planet.

During that time, I invested five years in the trenches partnering with some of the top SaaS and cybersecurity companies, leading large-scale global sales training initiatives. I coached SDRs, Mid-Market reps, and seasoned Enterprise sellers to build momentum, sharpen deal strategy, and hit their number — quarter after quarter.

I also worked closely with sales leaders to help them lead more effectively, manage performance, and unlock the full potential of their teams.

Thousands of hours. Thousands of sellers. One simple truth:

Every great seller needs a breakthrough — not just in skills, but in mindset.

These experiences — both in the office and on the trail — demanded more than grit. They redefined how I approach everything.

Because let's be real: Sales is a climb.

Some days you've got to carry the weight, push through resistance, and show up when it would be easier not to.

That's the Climber mindset — exercise, discipline, and belief, even when it's hard.

Sales isn't just about mastering techniques. It's about understanding people. What drives them, what blocks them, and how to communicate in a way that moves them to take action.

In today's market, trust is harder to earn. The old playbooks don't cut it. Buyers are sharper. Attention is shorter.

That's why I built Climber Sales Group. Not to add another training to your list — but to build a path. A real, scalable framework that sharpens how teams sell at every stage.

Endurance runners and top sales performers both know this — to win, there's always a moment when you have to push through discomfort. Just when you think you've reached your capacity — you find another gear.

That's the mindset, energy, and intensity I bring to every sales leader and team I work with.

If you're ready to break through what's holding your team — or you — back, let's climb.
